As President of C.T. Brown & Associates, LLC, Catrese’s experience spans large and small organizations, as well as for-profit and non-profit sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in education, training and human resource development, she has worked with Boards, Executive Directors and Staffs to help more organizations to the next level. Catrese has served as an organization development consultant, a meeting facilitator, a training specialist, an interim executive director and a transition consultant. She has also designed and implemented educational opportunities for business and community leaders, as well as for managers and staff in non-profit organizations. She has also taught at the college level and co-authored a text used in a technical training course. A certified administrator in the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), Catrese has offers full or half-day MBTI workshops, incorporating issues such as group dynamics, team building and understanding communication styles. |
