Paige has 12 years of experience working in and with nonprofit organizations. At Managance, Paige is responsible for designing and conducting research, designing web-based surveys, completing data manipulation and analysis, and synthesizing complex data and clarifying organization systems through process mapping and other techniques. She has conducted extensive research on the coming wave of executive transitions in the nonprofit sector for the Annie E. Casey Foundation. In addition, Paige is a gifted facilitator and able to work groups towards consensus based on good research and group process and she has designed several training programs for organizations such as the United Way. She is also a lead facilitator for some strategic planning clients. As a graduate student at Johns Hopkins Program in Public Policy, Paige assisted Dr. Lester Salamon in compiling and analyzing extensive nonprofit sector data for The Nonprofit Primer, written by Dr. Salamon. More recently she designed and managed DTI’s national research into the competencies of community builders. Paige was also the team lead and primary author of an organization assessment project for the New England HUD office. Paige designed and facilitated an assessment process with key training and technical assistance providers and was responsible for the final report. Paige’s other publications include:
