Who We Are

History & Accomplishments

Since 2000 when Managance was first formed we have been busy and growing in every way. We have provided quality consulting services to more than 50 unique clients and provided training services to more than 500 nonprofit organizational staff and volunteers across the country. Managance has grown from a one-person consulting firm to a thriving multi-discipline organization lead by five professional consultants and a group of talented support personnel.

Managance has published two well-received articles in popular management journals and were featured in a several others. We have also organized and conducted what we believe is the largest survey of its kind to learn about trends in leadership transition among nonprofit organizations. A total of 2,200 executive directors from the nonprofit sector across the US participated to create the baseline data.
